Prices Policy: The rates above are expressed in Euros, by Night and by
Room, already including:
- Breakfast.
- Iva.
- All the applicable Taxes.
The stay for Childs under 8 years is free, if occupying
the same bedroom from the Adults, in a maximum of 1
Child each 2 Adults.
Delayed / Upgrading stays:
- On Arrival day, the Rooms can be occupied, after 14.00pm.
- On Leaving day, the Rooms must be settle free, till
the 12.00 pm.
- If exiting after 15.00 pm, should pay
more 25% from the daily rate.
- If exiting after 18.00 pm, should pay
more 50% from the daily rate.
- If exiting after 18.00 pm, should pay more 100% from
the daily rate.
Attention: Dom Vilas Hotel Reserves the right to
not accept Upgrading a Stay, if the requested Room, is
already booked by others.
Booking cancellations:
- You are free to cancel your reservation, without any
charges, within the last 24 hours,
from the Arrival Date.
- All reservations are considered as accepted only after
the Hotel confirmation.
- All reservations accepted are guaranteed, till the
Arrival Date 16.00 pm.
Reservations with Arrival Time after 16.00 pm, should be
confirmed and paid in
advance.
- In case of NO SHOW, without prior advice, the first
night, will be charged on the Credit
Card.
- Your stay payment can be done by Credit Card, Debt
Card or by Banc Funds Transfer.
Payments by Banc Funds Transfer:

The reservation will be definitively assured, when the
Hotel receives the Banc Funds Transfer proof, by
Fax or Email, referencing the reservation reference.
The Banc Funds Transfer, should not charge the Hotel, by Transaction Commissions, or any other charges.
